Short version: we collect the details you send us so we can run your Visibility Check and reply to you. We do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you type: your name, business name, email address, phone number and, if you add it, your website address. If you book through the calendar, the booking tool also records the time you chose.

We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not pass your details to anyone else for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered to us by a form service and kept in our email and booking tools. Each of these providers has its own security measures and privacy policy. We keep your details for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry, then remove them if we do not end up working together.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we embed a booking calendar, that provider may set cookies needed for the calendar to work.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email hello@clientsbyclicks.com and we will action it within a few working days.
