SMS Terms and Conditions
If you opt in, we’ll text you about your free strategy session. Here’s what we send, how often, and how to stop at any time.
What this text program is
Clients By Clicks sends text messages about your free strategy session. They include booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule messages, and replies to your questions.
You only get these texts if you opt in. To opt in, choose to receive texts when you fill out our booking form.
These texts are about your session. They are not ads or promotions.
Texts are optional
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking a session or buying anything from us. You can book a session and work with us without ever opting in.
How often we text
Message frequency varies. For a booked session, expect about 4-5 texts:
- A confirmation when you book
- A message to help you prepare
- A reminder 24 hours before your session
- A reminder 1 hour before your session
- A note to reschedule, if you miss it
If you text us a question, we’ll reply, so you may get a few more messages.
How to stop texts or get help
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
After you reply STOP, we’ll send one last text to confirm, and then the messages stop. Replying HELP sends you details on how to reach us.

Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, based on your plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number stays private
We never share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in data to anyone for marketing.

Changes to these SMS terms
We may update these SMS terms. If we do, we’ll post the changes here with a new effective date.
